In Kakheti, wine is inseparable from the land, hospitality, and family memory.

Georgian Royal Wine was founded in 2011 by winemaker Revaz Karalashvili and Gia Kupreishvili. The Karalashvili family has made wine for five generations.

The winery is based in Kvareli, where traditional methods meet modern production and the character of each wine begins with the grapes.

A living
tradition.

A qvevri is a clay vessel buried in the ground to ferment and store wine. This ancient Georgian method is listed by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Archaeological finds show that wine was made in what is now Georgia about 8,000 years ago. Today, you can encounter that history in a glass of Kisi Qvevri.
