UTMB Index and Running Stones
Rating
UTMB Index reflects a trail runner’s results. Finishing an Index race contributes to the index but does not award Running Stones.
In detail
An Index race is not equivalent to a UTMB World Series event. Index status alone does not award Running Stones or guarantee entry to the Finals. Check the year, distance and category in the official directory. Source, checked 7 September 2026: https://utmb.world/en/index-races
How to use it
Before registering, check the target race’s current UTMB entry rules: the index and Running Stones are separate requirements.
